Onions, finely chopped | 100g |
Garlic, finely chopped | 2 cloves |
Mushrooms, sliced | 240g |
Baby spinach | 200g |
Dried oregano | ½ tsp |
Dried basil | ½ tsp |
Crème fraîche | 180g |
Cheddar cheese, grated | 100g |
Mozzarella cheese, grated | 100g |
Parmesan cheese, grated (divided) | 100g |
Pasta (e.g., penne, macaroni, or twists) | 300g |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half | 8 |
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta as per packet instructions until al dente.
Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Base:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
Add mushrooms, spinach, oregano, and basil. Cook until the vegetables soften.
Combine Ingredients:
Transfer the cooked vegetables to a large bowl.
Add Sadia Chicken Cheese Franks, crème fraîche, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Add cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together.
Bake the Pasta:
