Ingredients:
- 1 pack Sadia Crunchy Chicken Sticks
- 4 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- Skewers to serve
For mayonnaise dipping:
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. Ketchup
For ranch dipping:
- 200g Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
- 1 Tsp. Dried Dill
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
- Place the canola oil in a big pan and fry the chicken sticks as the direction written in the pack until golden color.
- Remove the sticks from the pan and place them on a kitchen papers aside to prepare the dipping.
- To prepare the healthy ranch dipping: put together the sour cream with dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and place it in a small serving plate.
- To prepare the mayonnaise dipping: whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and ketchup. Whisk well to combine then place them in a small serving plate.
- Insert a skewer in each stick to make a Popsicle and arrange them in a big serving dish and enjoy with the dipping aside.
