Sadia Breaded Chicken Tenders | 500g |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
Cooking cream | 1 cup |
Chicken broth | ½ cup |
Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
Parmesan cheese, grated | ½ cup |
Fresh baby spinach | 1 cup |
Sun-dried tomatoes | ½ cup |
Tagliatelle pasta (enough for 4 servings) |
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced Sadia Tender Chicken Breast and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, add cooking cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk together over medium-high heat until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add the Vegetables and Chicken:
Stir in the fresh baby spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Let it simmer until the spinach begins to wilt.
Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and cook for another 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the chicken to reheat.
Cook the Pasta:
While the sauce simmers, boil the Tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
Assemble the Dish:
Plate the Tagliatelle pasta on a large serving dish and top with the creamy chicken mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
