Ingredients you need
Sadia Chicken Nuggets 1 pack
Canola oil 6 tbsp
Potatoes, cubed 4
Butter 2 tbsp
Sadia Mixed Vegetables with Corn 1 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded ½ cup
Béchamel sauce 1 cup
Milk ½ cup

Cooking directions

  1. Cook the Chicken Nuggets:
    Preheat the oven to 200°C.
    Place the Sadia Chicken Nuggets on a baking sheet, drizzle with canola oil, and bake until golden brown on both sides.
    Once cooked, set aside the nuggets on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.

  2. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
    Add the cubed potatoes to a saucepan of boiling water. Cook until soft.
    Remove from the heat, drain the water, and add milk and butter to the saucepan.
    Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble the Dish:
    Place the mashed potatoes into individual serving bowls.
    Arrange the cooked chicken nuggets around the edges of the bowl.
    In the center, sprinkle Sadia Mixed Vegetables with Corn and shredded cheddar cheese.
    Top each bowl with béchamel sauce and serve immediately.
