Italian Seasoning | ½ tsp |
Salt | ¾ tsp |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Olive Oil | 1 tbsp |
Butter, divided | 6 tbsp |
Garlic, minced | 5 cloves |
Lemon Juice | ¼ cup |
Chicken Broth | ¼ cup |
Sadia Frozen Green Beans | 1 pack |
Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish) | |
Lemon Slices (for garnish) | |
Sadia Frozen Spinach | 1 pack |
Potatoes, peeled and cubed | 1 kg |
Butter | 100g |
Whole Milk | ¼ cup |
Gruyere Cheese, grated | 3 |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Prepare Spinach Mashed Potatoes:
Soak spinach in hot water for a few minutes, drain, squeeze, and set aside.
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and return to the pot. Mash until smooth.
Place pot over low heat, stir in butter until melted, then gradually add milk while mashing for a creamy consistency.
Stir in cheese and spinach until the cheese melts. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Cook Chicken Fillets:
Pat dry Sadia Chicken Fillets with paper towels.
Mix flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and coat the chicken evenly.
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, cooking for 2 minutes.
Steam Green Beans:
Steam Sadia Frozen Green Beans until tender.
Assemble and Serve:
Pour the lemon butter sauce over the chicken fillets, coating evenly.
Arrange chicken on a serving platter, surround with steamed green beans, and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
Serve warm alongside spinach mashed potatoes.
