Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
Thyme powder | ½ tsp |
Tomato paste | 2 tbsp |
Mustard | 2 tsp |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Sadia Frozen Spinach, squeezed | ½ cup |
Tahini | ¼ cup |
Lemon juice | 3 tbsp |
Fresh parsley, chopped | 1 tbsp |
Garlic, minced | 1 clove |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Chickpeas, rinsed and drained | 1 can |
Olive oil and Fresh parsley for garnish |
Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the Sadia Easy & Juicy Marinated Chicken Breast Cubes with lemon juice, garlic, tomato paste, mustard, thyme powder, and salt. Mix well and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or oven. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Prepare the Spinach Hummus:
In a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice, blending until smooth and creamy.
Add the squeezed Sadia Frozen Spinach, parsley, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Process for about a minute.
Add half of the chickpeas and process for another minute. Add the remaining chickpeas and process until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with fresh parsley.
