Prepare the Bizar Spice Mix:
Combine all the spices for the bizar mix (ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground black pepper, ground cumin, ground cardamom, chili powder, ground cloves) in a small bowl.
Reserve 1 ½ teaspoons for this recipe and store the remainder in an airtight container for future use.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the Sadia Chicken cubes and fry until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same pot, reduce the heat and sauté the onions until softened.
Add tomato paste and stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in garlic, reserved spices, salt, and loomi, cooking until fragrant.
Add Vegetables and Simmer:
Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, peas, and water to the pot.
Return the cooked chicken cubes to the pot. Increase heat and bring the stew to a boil.
Cover the pot and simmer for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the chicken salona with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with basmati rice for a complete and delicious meal.
