Cornflour | 1 tbsp |
Spring onions, cut into thirds | 2 |
Black pepper | ½ tsp |
Slices of white bread | 6 |
Sesame seeds | 2 tbsp |
Cooking oil | 1 liter |

Prepare the Chicken Paste:
In a blender, combine the defrosted Sadia Chicken Burgers, egg white, garlic, chili sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, spring onions, and black pepper.
Blend until the mixture forms a smooth paste
Prepare the Bread Base:
Trim the crusts from the bread slices and cut each slice into 2 triangles.
Spread a generous layer of the chicken paste onto one side of each triangle.
Coat with Sesame Seeds:
Place the sesame seeds on a flat plate.
Press each triangle, chicken side down, into the sesame seeds to coat evenly.
Fry the Toasts:
Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan to a depth of about 4cm.
Once the oil is hot, fry the toasts in batches, chicken side down first. Cook for about 40 seconds on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
Serve and Garnish:
Arrange the sesame chicken toasts on a platter. Serve with sweet chili dipping sauce and enjoy immediately.
