• 900g Sadia Chicken Wings, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Sweet soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Honey



Mix all the sauce ingredients together in large glass bowl, add the Sadia Chicken Wings and mix well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a large roasting pan with tin foil and lightly oil. Place the chicken wings on the prepared roasting dish and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and cook for a further 15 minutes, turning over frequently, until the wings are thoroughly cooked.
