• 1kg Sadia French Fries
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli
  • 1 Sea salt
  • to serve Sour cream



Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix together the cumin, coriander, paprika and chilli in a large bowl. Add the frozen Sadia French Fries and toss well to coat evenly.


Spread the spice coated potato wedges on a large baking tray, season well with salt. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, until golden, turning occasionally.


Transfer to a serving bowl and serve accompanied with the sour cream.
