• 900g Sadia Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons Apricot jam
  • 1 Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 300ml Chicken stock
  • 3 cups Prepared, buttered couscous



Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season Sadia Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper. Place the apricot jam, lemon zest, juice and butter into a bowl and beat with a fork to combine.


Place chicken in a roasting pan, spread the jam glaze mixture over the chicken and cover pan with foil. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and set the chicken aside. Serve with buttered couscous.
