Combine the yoghurt, sea salt, ginger, turmeric, half the coriander and half the paprika in a large glass bowl. Add the Sadia Chicken Drumsticks and Thighs and toss to coat. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a large oven tray with baking paper and spray lightly with olive oil. Put the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and season with sea salt and black pepper and the remaining coriander and paprika.
Coat each chicken piece evenly with the breadcrumbs and place on the tray. Spray lightly with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Serve.
