• 340g Sadia Chicken Franks
  • 425g Can chilli beans
  • 12 Small tortillas
  • 200g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • To serve Guacamole



Place the Sadia Chicken Franks in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Drain, cool slightly and slice thinly. Mix together the sliced franks and chilli beans.


Heat a grill plate or a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lay 6 tortillas on a clean work surface, top with the franks and chilli bean mixture and grated cheddar cheese. Top with the remaining tortillas. Cook the quesadillas for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.


Serve the quesadillas with guacamole.
