Cook the Sadia Chicken Fingers according to pack instructions and cut into quarters.
For guacamole, mash 2 avocados with a fork. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons lime juice and hot sauce, to taste. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Warm the tacos, according to pack instructions. Fill the tacos with shredded lettuce and tomato cubes, top with grated cheese and chunks of the chicken fingers.
Serve with the guacamole and sour cream, garnished with the lime and coriander.
