• 6 Sadia Chicken Burger Patties
  • 6 Cos lettuce leaves, sliced
  • ½ cup Shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Red onion, sliced
  • 6 Crusty bread buns, toasted
  • To serve Sadia French Fries
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Anchovy fillet, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice



Preheat the grill on high. Grill the Sadia Chicken Burger Patties until cooked. Prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking the ingredients together, until well combined.


Toss the sliced cos lettuce in the Caesar dressing to coat. Top each toasted bun base with a chicken burger patty. Add a pile of the dressed lettuce, some shaved Parmesan and a few slices of the red onion. Place the bun lids on top.


Cook the Sadia French Fries according to the directions on the pack and serve with the burgers.
