Soak the onion rings in milk for 15 minutes, add the egg yolk and combine. Drain the onions from the milk mixture and toss into the flour. Season well with salt and pepper. Remove the onions from the flour, separating the slices and shaking off the excess flour. Shallow fry the onions in hot oil until crispy and then drain on kitchen paper towel.
Grill the Sadia Beef Burger Patties on an oiled grill plate over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Flip the burgers and top with the blue cheese. Continue to cook until the burgers are well done.
Cut the rolls in half and place on the grill for 1-2 minutes or until browned and heated through. Serve the burgers in the rolls with tomato relish and the crispy onions.
Cook Sadia French Fries according to directions on the pack and serve with the burgers.
