Sadia Mixed Vegetables with corn | |
Sadia Sweet Corn | ½ cup |
Fresh Parsley (for garnishing) | 2 tbsp |
Cook the Chicken Franks:
Slice the Sadia Chicken Franks into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken franks and sauté for a few minutes, turning until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sauté the Vegetables:
Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Add the julienned green bell pepper and cook for an additional minute until the pepper softens slightly.
Prepare the Mixed Vegetables:
Remove the chicken franks and sautéed vegetables from the pan. Set them aside.
In the same pan, add the Sadia Mixed Vegetables with corn and sauté for 2 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Dish:
Transfer the sautéed mixed vegetables to a large serving plate.
Top the vegetables with the cooked chicken franks and sautéed onions and peppers.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley leaves and serve hot.
