How to Make Healthy Portobello Jumbo Beef Burger Recipe:
Prepare the Mushrooms:
Clean out the gills from the Portobello mushroom caps.
Rub olive oil on both sides of the mushroom caps.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and roast the mushroom caps for 10 minutes or until soft and tender.
Cook the Burger and Wedges:
While the mushrooms roast, cook the Sadia Beef Burger according to the instructions on the pack.
Cook the Sadia Potato Wedges as per the package directions. Set aside.
Assemble the Burger:
Place a slice of tomato on the bottom mushroom cap.
Top with a slice of onion, followed by the cooked Sadia Beef Burger.
Add a slice of cheese and shredded romaine lettuce.
Drizzle with blue cheese dressing, or choose a condiment like ketchup, Tabasco, or mayonnaise.
Final Touch:
Place the second mushroom cap on top to form the burger "bun."
