Sadia Broasted Chicken Classic Fillets 2 pieces
Lettuce, chopped 8 cups
Parmesan cheese, grated ⅓ cup
Fresh toast, cubed 3 cups
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Salt & Pepper to season
Fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Vinegar ¼ cup
Olive oil ¼ cup
Mustard 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Honey ½ tsp
Mayonnaise ½ tbsp
Parmesan, grated 2 tbsp

Cooking directions

  1. Make Garlic Croutons:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Toss the cubed toast with olive oil and minced garlic, ensuring they are evenly coated.
    Spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy.
    Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  2. Cook Crispy Chicken:

    While the chicken cooks, prepare the Caesar dressing.

  3. Make Caesar Dressing:
