Parmesan cheese, grated | ⅓ cup |
Fresh toast, cubed | 3 cups |

Mustard | 1 tsp |
Lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
Honey | ½ tsp |
Mayonnaise | ½ tbsp |
Parmesan, grated | 2 tbsp |
Make Garlic Croutons:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Toss the cubed toast with olive oil and minced garlic, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Cook Crispy Chicken:
Follow the instructions on the Sadia Broasted Chicken Classic Fillet pack to cook the chicken until crispy.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the Caesar dressing.
Make Caesar Dressing:
In a food processor, add garlic, white vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, honey, and mayonnaise. Blend until the garlic is minced.
Slowly add olive oil and grated parmesan, blending until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, toss the chopped lettuce.
Top with crispy chicken, shaved parmesan, and homemade garlic croutons.
Drizzle with the prepared Caesar dressing and serve immediately.
