How to make Sadia Authentic Butter Chicken:
Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine full cream yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sadia Chicken Easy & Juicy Cubes. Toss well to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Prepare the Sauce:
Heat ½ tbsp butter and ½ tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Add the garam masala, red chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir for 1-2 minutes until the spices become aromatic.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated chicken cubes to the skillet. Sauté the chicken until it is no longer pink on the outside.
Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Reduce the heat, then add the cooking cream and remaining butter. Stir gently until the butter melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Transfer the Butter Chicken to a large serving dish, and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy!
