Saffron Strands | 20 |

How to make Chicken Biryani Recipe with Sadia Chicken Drumsticks:
Marinate Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, red chili powder, salt, cilantro, fried onions, and ghee.
Add Sadia Chicken Drumsticks and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
Cook Chicken:
In a large pan, cook marinated chicken on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Set aside.
Prepare Rice:
Soak the rice in boiled salted water with cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Soak saffron strands in milk and set aside.
Assemble Biryani:
Grease the bottom of a deep pot with ghee. Layer the soaked rice, then pour saffron milk over it.
Place cooked chicken drumsticks on top and cover the pot. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve:
Press the rice into a small bowl, invert onto a serving plate, and arrange the drumsticks beside it.
Garnish with crispy onions, fresh coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
