Ingredients you need
Sadia Chicken Nuggets 270g
Sushi rice, washed 300g
Water 1 liter
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Onions, sliced 100g
Japanese dashi powder 1 tbsp
Water 200ml
Soy sauce 60ml
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Eggs, whisked 4
Spring onion, sliced (to garnish) 1

Cooking directions

  1. Prepare the Rice:

    Cook sushi rice as per the package instructions, ensuring it’s fluffy and well-cooked.

    Set aside.

  2. Fry the Chicken Nuggets:

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Sadia Chicken Nuggets until they are crispy and golden on both sides.

    Remove and place on the kitchen towel to drain excess oil.

  3. Make the Sauce:

    In the same pan, sauté sliced onions for 5 minutes until softened.
