Grated Parmesan cheese | 3 tbsp |
Fresh parsley, chopped (reserve some for garnish) | 2 tbsp |

Milk | 2 tbsp |

Sweet potatoes, cut into wedges | 200g |
Olive oil | 1 tbsp |
Dried mixed Italian herbs | 1 tsp |

Prepare Sweet Potato Wedges:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Spread the wedges on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
Prepare Parmesan Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, grated Parmesan, parsley, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Cook Chicken:
