Leeks, washed, cut into 4 cm lengths, halved | 140g |
Red bell pepper, sliced | 80g |
Yellow bell pepper, sliced | 80g |
Orange bell pepper, sliced | 80g |
Black olives | 20 |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
Prepare the Sadia Chicken Drumsticks:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Season Sadia Chicken Drumsticks with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a baking dish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
First Bake:
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and bake for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to start infusing.
Add Vegetables and Garlic:
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Arrange the sliced leeks, bell peppers (red, yellow, and orange), olives, and garlic around the chicken.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and ground pepper over the vegetables for added seasoning.
Final Bake:
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
