Ingredients you need
Sadia Tender Chicken Breasts 450g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Onions, chopped 120g
Broccoli, cut into small florets 500g
Small sweet corn 1 tin
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Condensed chicken soup 2 tins
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated 130g
Panko breadcrumbs 130g

Cooking directions

  1. Sauté the Onions and Garlic:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Heat the olive oil in a large pan.

    Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until the onions become soft.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    Add the Sadia Tender Chicken Breast chunks to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully white and cooked through.

    Remove the pan from the heat.

  3. Blanch the Broccoli:

    In a separate pan, blanch the broccoli florets until they are tender but still bright green.

    Drain well and add to the pan with the onions and garlic.

  4. Add the Sauce Ingredients:

    To the chicken, broccoli, and onion mixture, add the sweet corn, condensed chicken soup, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Stir until everything is well combined.

  5. Assemble in a Baking Dish:

    Transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture into a baking dish.

    Top with grated cheddar cheese and panko breadcrumbs.

  6. Bake:

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve:

    Remove from the oven and serve hot.
