Fettuccine pasta | 600 g |
Cream | 1 Cup |
Onions, finely chopped | 2 |
Parmesan cheese | 1/2 cup |
Chopped parsley | 3 tbsp |
White vinegar | 1/4 cup |
Mixed bell pepper, sliced | 1/2 cup |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
Chopped green onions | 1 tbsp |
Salt, to taste | |
Black pepper, to taste |
How to make Creamy Italian Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Sadia Easy & Juicy Fillets:
Cook Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Fillets:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Season Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Fillets with salt and pepper.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and fully cooked (internal temp of 75°C/165°F). Set aside.
Cook Fettuccine:
Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp of olive oil.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Prepare Sauce:
Heat remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until softened.
Add mixed bell pepper and sauté for 5-7 minutes. Then, add white vinegar, cream, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add reserved pasta water and let simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce is creamy.
Assemble Dish:
Toss cooked fettuccine into sauce and mix well. Arrange pasta on a serving plate.
Top with air-fried Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Fillets.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, and parsley.
