Ingredients you need
Sadia Easy and Juicy Chicken Breast Fillets 750g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Fajita seasoning 2 tbsp
Red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
Green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
Onions, sliced 2 large
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Tortillas 8
Salsa, for serving
Sour cream, for serving

Cooking directions

  1. Prepare Chicken Fillets:
    Season Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Breast Fillets with 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning.
    Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush with oil.
    Grill fillets for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
    Remove from grill and slice into strips.

  2. Grill Vegetables:
    In a large bowl, toss onions and bell peppers with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning.
    Grill vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened and charred, turning occasionally.

  3. Assemble Fajitas:
    On the grill, melt butter in a grill pan or flat-top griddle.
    Place a tortilla on the grill pan, add grilled chicken fillets and veggies, then top with ¼ cup of cheese.
    Place another tortilla on top and gently press down.
    Grill tortillas for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  4. Serve:
    Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
