Mushrooms, sliced | 150g |
Salt and Pepper to taste | |
Soy Sauce | ¼ cup |
Honey | ¼ cup |
Sesame Oil | 1 tsp |
Chicken broth | ½ cup |
Garlic Cloves, minced | 3 |
Cornstarch | 2 tbsp |
Red Pepper Flakes for garnish |
How to Make Honey Garlic Chicken Bites Recipe with Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Breast Cubes:
Prepare the Mushrooms and Vegetables:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the mushrooms until tender and all liquids evaporate (about 5 minutes).
Add Sadia Mixed Vegetables and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Remove and set aside on a plate.
Cook the Chicken:
In the same skillet, add the Sadia Chicken Breast Cubes.
Cook until tender, golden, and no longer pink (approximately 8–10 minutes).
Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chicken broth, minced garlic, and cornstarch
Combine and Simmer:
Return the vegetables to the skillet with the cooked chicken.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Stir to combine, cover, and let simmer until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
Serve:
Serve the Honey Garlic Chicken Bites over cooked basmati rice.
Garnish with red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
