Chicken stock | 240ml |
Double cream | 120ml |
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and roughly chopped | 30g |
Parmesan cheese, grated | 100g |
Dried thyme | ¼ tsp |
Dried oregano | ¼ tsp |
Dried basil | ¼ tsp |

How to make Sun-dried Tomato Cream Chicken with Sadia Chicken Thighs:
Prepare the Sadia Chicken Thighs:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season Sadia Chicken Thighs with salt and pepper.
Sear the chicken, skin side down, in a hot frying pan until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
Make the Sauce:
In the same pan, add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock, double cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, thyme, oregano, and basil
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine Chicken and Sauce:
Pour the sauce over the seared chicken thighs in the baking dish.
Bake the Chicken:
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with your choice of side.
