How to Make Sadia Arabic Beef Burger Wrap with Tahini Dressing:
Make the Tahini Dip:
In a bowl, mix together tahini, water, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
Gradually add water to achieve the desired creamy consistency. Set aside.
Prepare the Onion and Parsley Mix:
In a separate bowl, combine finely sliced red onions, fresh parsley, and sumac. Set aside.
Season the Beef Burgers:
In another bowl, mix the green onion seasoning, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, paprika, coriander powder, salt, and pepper.
Lay out the Sadia Beef Burgers and sprinkle the seasoning mix on both sides of each burger.
Cook the Beef Burgers:
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the beef burgers until browned on both sides and cooked through.
Once done, cut each burger into thirds.
Assemble the Wrap:
Take a tortilla wrap or Arabic bread and place a few spoonfuls of the onion-parsley mix in the center.
Add the burger strips on top.
Drizzle the tahini dressing generously over the top.
Garnish with pickles and roll the wrap to close.
Serve:
Serve with additional Arabic pickles on the side for an extra tangy crunch.
