Lemon Juice ¼ cup
Chicken Broth ¼ cup
Sadia Frozen Green Beans 1 pack
Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon Slices (for garnish)
Sadia Frozen Spinach 1 pack
Potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 kg
Butter 100g
Whole Milk ¼ cup
Gruyere Cheese, grated 3
Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Lemon Butter Chicken Fillet Recipe with Spinach Mashed Potatoes:

  1. Prepare Spinach Mashed Potatoes:
    Soak spinach in hot water for a few minutes, drain, squeeze, and set aside.
    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and return to the pot. Mash until smooth.
    Place pot over low heat, stir in butter until melted, then gradually add milk while mashing for a creamy consistency.
    Stir in cheese and spinach until the cheese melts. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook Chicken Fillets:
    Pat dry Sadia Chicken Fillets with paper towels.
    Mix flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and coat the chicken evenly.
    Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
