spaghetti | 1.5 cup |
garlic cloves, minced | 3 |
eggs, beaten | 4 large |
freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish) | 3/4 cup |
freshly chopped parsley (plus more for garnish) | 1/3 cup |

Prepare Chicken Fillets:
Pat Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Fillets dry.
Set up three containers: flour (with garlic powder, salt, pepper), whisked egg and milk, and panko breadcrumbs.
Coat fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Fry Chicken Fillets:
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
