Cooking oil 2 tbsp
New potatoes, halved and boiled 600g
Pears, cored and thinly sliced 2
Spring onions, sliced 4
Mayonnaise 100g
Onions, minced 40g
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Small bunch parsley, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
Sour cream 70g
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
White grape vinegar ½ tbsp
Blue cheese 40g
Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Creamy Chicken, Pear, and Potato Salad with Sadia Breaded Chicken Burgers:

  1. Cook Chicken:
    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    Fry Sadia Breaded Chicken Burgers until golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen towel and let cool.
    Cut the burgers into 1cm strips.
