penne pasta, uncooked 1 cup
flour, divided 1 tbsp
salt, divided 3/4 tsp
Pepper, to taste
shallot, diced 1
mushrooms, sliced 1 cup
cloves garlic, minced 3
chicken broth 1 cup
milk 1/2 cup
cream cheese 2 tbsp
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
