Sadia Chicken Wings | 900g |
Cloves of garlic, crushed | 5 |
Fresh ginger, grated | 1x5cm |
Onion, finely chopped | 50g |
Soy sauce | 6 tbsp |
Sesame oil | 2 tsp |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
Sesame seeds, toasted, and coriander leaves to garnish |
Marinate Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix the crushed garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, chopped onion, soy sauce, honey, and pepper together.
Add the Sadia Chicken Wings to the mixture and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour, making sure to mix halfway through (after 30 minutes)
Cook Chicken Wings:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the marinated wings on a baking tray, discarding the leftover marinade.
Bake the wings for 20 minutes or until they are golden and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the wings from the oven and arrange them on a serving dish.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
